Just a little bit of news I heard last Friday from Mum and Dad. Whereas Josephine still has outbursts at home and we are all thinking , "not much change here" her teacher takes parents on one side to congratulate them on Josephine's change of behavior in school. She is working well does what she is asked and has not had an episode since being back this term. A big thank you Lord for the intervention of your holy spirit and for the prayers of the saints.

That's such good news James.

Rob, I wonder why she doesn't use the same counselling tools in the home that she uses at school?

Rob, I wonder why she doesn't use the same counselling tools in the home that she uses at school? Perhaps it's early days yet and she will in time. Just hope she's now happier in school.

Yes as Pat says early days, or maybe she sees teachers as more authoritarian so she complies. I do think that the blow ups at home do not last as long as they used to.

Pleased to see there has been some progress James xx Have there been anymore test results with regards to them suspecting Lupus ( now isn't Josephine's mum is it, is it someone older- sorry I forget who is who and it's on another page ! ) I keep getting joint pain, need to see a doctor myself as at night it can get really difficult to sleep - it could be work, coming of HRT, becoming partially vegetarian - or something more serious ! Its always in my legs. I have started to take aspirin , well just in case it is circulation issues - I will see a doctor when I am on holiday, keep putting it off !! Rita

Thank you Rita for asking. Yes the Lupus has been confirmed, for Vesalina Josephine's mum. She has to take a small tablet every day and have regular check ups. We will not know how she is improving for at least a month. Josephine is enjoying her time with Norma the counselor, Norma wants a meet with Mum and Dad after another two sessions. One thing she has said "Josephine's behavior is learned".
