Sounds as if I might need to buy that one too Ivor. Goods as they might be they will be no substitute for the working of the spirit. The word tells us we are changed by the renewing of the mind, I suspect that reading these books could well be a way to bring about a new understanding of our minds.

I do recommend it if you want to know yourself and why you act in certain ways The children's book will be useful.. I will read that next They all sound good Ivor...I must take a look. How's it going with the book Robin...is it a hit? Praying for you all xx

Two hour drive to Sofia for 11am appointment with mum and dad while I spend an hour with Josephine in coffee shop and on the swings. Then an hour for Jojo at 12 with Nora, an Irish lady of mature years, clear countenance and splendid demeanor. After the session she explained to mum and dad that she did not tell the parents what the child said unless the child might be contemplating something dangerous, if there was something other that she felt the parents would be helped by knowing she said she would say to Jo "do you think we should tell mum and dad this"? She made it perfectly clear that Jo was at liberty to tell all they had talked about or none of it at all, it was Jojo's choice. When we went to collect Jo she was extremely happy and reported she thought Nora was a great person.

Thanks for the update Robin and glad to hear that Josephine liked the lady, is there another follow up on the books? I wonder what her counsel was to the parents, we will continue to pray with you all. Blessings.

Jo will return next week and I think she may have a few more dates, before as the lady Nora says, she can master the tools that the sessions provide her to navigate life situations. Thank you for prayer Poppy , Dave I am sure this will bring fruit with the power of the spirit and practical teaching.

Today Jojo returned to Nora the counselor in Sofia, she arrived home very happy saying she had had a good time. Jo reported that they just sit and chat, but later admitted that Jo drew pictures for Nora and they played snap. Not very revealing but little seeds and all that. The girls started back to school today, which seems not to worry Jo but put Abigail in a bit of a tail spin. More later....

It's harder to cope when one doesn't understand the problem. It has just been confirmed that my grandson is on the autism spectrum and both he and his parents are relieved that at last they have something definite to work on.

It is good news they at last have a handle as it were to grab hold of. Back in the day when we as parents were seeing all sorts wrong with our daughter the doctors had nothing more than "she has two wires crossed over in her brain. It was a struggle to bring her up with no help at all. Much much later social services told us of help we would have received if we had known where to apply and if the doctors had pointed us in the right direction. As they say "that's life".

Yesterday was the third visit of Josephine to Nora, not much news as she is not very forthcoming. She is not secretive, just the usual school reply. “What did you do at school today”? “Nothing”.
Something that may also help the situation is mummy now thinking that she might be helped if she went to a fellow Counselors of Nora's. Have to see what happens when she comes out of hospital.

Tomorrow Josephine will travel back to Sofia for another session with Nora her counselor. When praying for Jo please also remember her Mum, whom I mentioned in my last update was in hospital.
She went in last Tuesday for a round of test because of her general feeling of tired, joint ache, breathing problems all of which have persisted over the past five years. The test seem to have indicated Lupus, the doctors say it is not conclusive and so have ordered another round of bloods to be taken. Vessy is now rather emotional about all this. Please remember her and the girls as they are missing her, and do not know when she will return home.

Thanks for the prayers Poppy Ivor, I take a different line to Mike and believe that the Lord does still heal today. May he have all the glory! I too believe he still heals and have experienced it first hand. But I struggle with a cough that seems to have been with me all my life. I do not own it. It isn't my cough. And today I have been rebuking it and telling it to come under the authority of God and to not resist the Word.

Standing with you for J and V Robin, to me every sickness is a enemy to be defeated, as to praying Im all for it, as it's a way for me to be 'healed' and as a man said, we may not cure everybody but we can pray they get 'healed'. We will take the new tests as a positive and ask that V'y mind will be garrisoned about and every spirit of fear will have to leave her, to me fear is in the principality and powers category.

We are to pray for each other - some are healed some not .. we pray regardless of which outcome
James 5:16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
Ephesians 6:18 Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
1 Timothy 2:1 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,
