You are almost there Ivor...not many days to go now, and then you will sleep at night like a babe. Just wanted to thank you for the info on how to 'un-mute' something that got muted. Dave lost his sound again. So instead of getting it back the way I had been told originally to do...I followed your instructions...and got it back again THANK YOU for nice clear instructions x

I don't know normal but I do know on Saturday morning at 11.00 am its then 49 days of continual working and very fitting because scriptural 7 x 7 = 49 and then the jubilee celebrations as everything returns back to normal

What a marathon...you deserve a medal for the 'long-run'. I wonder how long before you begin to feel bored..after so much 'business' going on.. you may tip over the handle bars as it were, once it all come to a sudden stop! LOL Hope you can easily return to normal sleep patterns..if not try melatonin for a few weeks..it is harmless ,helps with sleep, in fact it is good for us...and will protect you from breast cancer

Just picked up a last minute holiday in Spain for the 18th June... ignore the gym and health stuff we go for the great food and wine, nice 4 star hotel we've done before.

Work Rita ..It's a far better job but takes some getting used to eg
today rise at 4.30am open first building at 5.30am (polling station) next building at 6.30am and then I'm caretaker until 10.00am.
I'm then home between 10.00am at 4,30pm and we are going to Cinema today.
I return to work 5.30 until 8.00pm then have an hour and half to kill until 9.30pm ( maybe it'll be a pub for a pint as its too far to go home?)
I return to the polling station at 9.30pm until 10.30pm when I drive home for 11.00pm.. then sleep until 5.30am Friday morning when its starts again ... however i do sleep a lot on my down-time but I'm getting more used to it
I'm kind of doing a auto pilot thing until my hols then I'll be hoping to be reprogrammed in my head as I still don't sleep at weekends because of the nine years of night shifts being programmed in

Ivor, I believe the quickest way to get re-programmed is to get hacked . Although; a pint, that will work to .

Yes, I can see how that would take time to adapt to Ivor, but pleased that nothing else was keeping you from posting xxxxx I also think your body must be winding down from working so much for that past month with your last job as well xx Rita
