Did I mention that Jo was having a problem that at times her right knee gave way and she collapsed? This has been happening more frequently. She has seen a doctor who pronounced nothing wrong. She then visited a physio chap who arranged for her to see a knee specialist, he gave her a scan which showed she was outgrowing her growth of soft tissue. He recommended she see a neurologist just to be on the safe side.
This she did the morning of the day they left for Varna. The doctor is concerned that (1) Joy has slight curvature caused not by bone but by the right side back muscle being under constant tension. That (2) when she was checking Jo’s back she reacted to pain in the neck when the doctor was only running her hand over her. (3) She wants Jo to have a body MIR as the doctor is not sure that two vertebrae at the base of Jo’s spine are overlapping causing nerves to be compromised which could cause the problem that Jo is experiencing. The Mir is scheduled for August the second.

WOW!!! she's in our prayers, it takes about a year here for a full body MIR, so an August booking is very quick, if the problem is uncovered, do they have a solution for her, or will it be a long term recovery? If there's an upside at least she can get treatment while she's still young. Where's the gift of healing's, when needed .

I have been praying James, sorry I have continued problems with my teeth so just didn’t come on and post xx I must admit that I am often frustrated when doctors say ‘ there is nothing wrong ‘ when clearly the evidence of a knee giving way is evidence enough that something is wrong !! Thank goodness the other professionals that saw her didn’t just ignore it xx Rita

Thank you for remembering Jo in your prayers. What the future is we don't know until there is some diagnosis and confirmation of what are the doctors best guess by the MIR report. More to come after the 2nd of August.
P,S, Lubo works at Dobrich where the girls are with Grandma Rossi, hence the booked MIR at the Dobrich Hospital was influenced by Doctor Lubo who is Vessy's brother.

Vessy went to take Jo for her MIR. Nurse said take the children for a walk the machine is broke and a man is repairing it remotely. By which I take it the fault was the computer part malfunction. When Vessy returned the Nurse said "he is still working when done we will call you this afternoon".. This later changed to "no its broke broke and needs a new part which should come tomorrow, we can book you in again for the 9th." Vessy explained her position coming to the end of a holiday and the nurse said come back in the morning and we will fit you in between other booked patients. Which is pretty good of them. Jo by all accounts has had enough of being on holiday and misses Dad which has brought her to tears. Vessy has had enough and wants to be home, but they need to stay another day and return by the overnight bus on Wednesday. The Lord bless them!

Well, that did not work. The part did not arrive on time, when Vessy phoned the nurse said “ it will be repaired sometime tomorrow and Jo can have an appointment at 1.30 Friday.” This did not go down well with Vessy who sort to point out that the original booking was 9.30 Monday therefore if the Mir is repaired on Wednesday how come she now gets booked for Friday. The nurse it doth appear was somewhat harassed, probable because of all the flak and had lost her fuzziness.
We await Fridays scan!

If I was Jo' I'd be happy to let others have the first dibs on a 'fixed' machine , is there much for her to do there? We're praying for some answers for her as well as praying for a 'touch of the Masters hand.'

Well now Dave, Varna is basically a beach resort. There are two custom beach areas, kiss me quick hats, tattoo places and loads of eating and drinking dives. The beach area along the sea front just below the park is akin to Hastings but with soft sand, that’s where Vessy and the girls go. A pretty big museum, as well as a big harbour for cargo boats to wander round. Mini golf in the park, also a year round fair, but the girls are getting to big for some of the rides.
I would say fun fun for a week but as they are now into their third week I can understand both girls wanting a night in their own beds. Neither Daniel or I like Varna, but Vessy is all sentimental about the place. It’s where she got her first job and had he gra's old apartment.
Rita, Dave thanks for prayers for Jo. Just heard, school will start this September on line once more. The one world order is milking covid for the very last drop of stability and confidence they can squeeze out of a gullible public.

Rob has a bit of a Southend flavour to it by the sounds, it does become old hat after a prolonged period.
Is it cheaper by bus than going and picking them up? Is tomorrow still D day for Jo'?

Cheaper by a million miles. To pick them up is a 6 and a half hours each way. Today was the scan at 1.30 Daniel said just now that there are no problems. Therefore back to the Sofia specialist for “ what do we do now”? They are coming home tonight, leave at 12 midnight and Daniel will collect them from Blagoevgrad only 40 minutes away, to have them home by 11.30 just in time for lunch. Looking forward to seeing them all home, yea!

I'm glad no 'real' problems were revealed by the Mri but the mystery still remains, what's plan F??.

Plan (F) a return to the specialist in Sofia booked for the 19th. Only spoke in the wheel could be that covid is on the increase and there might be yet another lock down. I am am amazed that not only governments but also the public are unable to see lock downs do not work. It is humanly impossible to eradicate a disease by lockdown.

Happy homecoming for the weary travellers . Governments maybe take their leadings from the church, keep doing the same thing expecting a different result .

Had a call, apparently the lady specialist is now going to be on holiday over the 19th. This means we wait for her return to book a new date.

Well ‘ Tis the season for holidays’ but the way the time flies nowadays the 19th is not that far away. What’s the ‘local’ plan for the girls schooling when they go back, here it’s mayhem here with the teachers union up in arms about curriculum and the endless mask or not to mask and hey ho, a booster shot is all that’s needed🙃.
